Wise Computer Solutions is operated by Dan Woodruff and his wife Laura out of Lakeville, NY. They have both been heavily involved in the IT industry since 1992.
Dan opened his first computer store in Livonia, NY to service the local community. Because the store was so successful, he was asked to become the senior network technician at Livonia Central School system. There, Dan managed the daily operations of over 1300 computer systems while maintaining an unheard of up time of 99.98%.
After years at Livonia, Dan decided he could offer more to the public and started Wise Computer Solutions. Wise Computer Solutions officially opened on January 1st, 2006. Since then the company has serviced over 1,400 residential customers and worked with over 100 businesses to support their computer systems and networks.
Dan found his niche in the home service market by offering same or next day computer repair at an affordable rate. By the same means he has devised a unique way to help small businesses. Wise Computer Solutions offers "Big Company" IT services to small companies for a fraction of the cost.
Wise Computer Solutions employs a highly qualified technical support staff and have worked for some of Rochester's largest corporations including Kodak, Xerox, Bausch & Lomb and Frontier.
