Our pay-per-incident support allows you to try our service and get your problem fixed right away. This covers one issue and is good for 5 days after our initial session. If we can't fix your issue — there is no charge. So there's no risk to try our service.
Maintenance Plan $24.95 /mo

If you are looking for a complete support solution for your computer then our maintenance plan is for you. This will provide you with Unlimited Online and Phone Support* to be used whenever, wherever you please. We'll also throw in 10GB of off-site backup!
* Unlimited Online and Phone Support - refers to support for a single PC and specific issues outlined above. If we determine that any customer is abusing or otherwise using the service excessively, the customer will be notified and we may restrict or terminate customer's access to the service. If we determine a customer is using the service for illegal or inappropriate activities, this may be deemed reason to cancel the subscription.
